No Boundaries 5k Program
This group focuses on helping beginners walk or run their first 5k.
Information sessions will be held on:
- January 7th from 9:00am - 1:00pm
- January 23rd at 6PM
- February 6th at 6 PM
- February 9th at 6PM
Our Kick Off Day will be February 11th and Race Day is May 5th. We will be participating in the Girls On the Run and New Balance 5k.
Training Group Cost:
- $85
- Refer a friend discounts available
- Sign up on January 7th for special New Year's Day Discount
- Cost for the training program does not include race day cost.
This program is 12 weeks long and we will meet 3 times a week.
10k Training Program
The 10K training program is designed to further runners and walkers towards their fitness and running goals beyond the 5K distance.
Information sessions will be held on:
- January 3rd at 6PM
- January 7th from 9:00AM to 1:00PM
- January 19th at 6PM
Our Kick Off Day will be January 21st and Race Day is March 31st. We will be participating in the Cooper River Bridge Run.
Training Group Fees:

This program is 10 weeks long and we will meet 3 times a week.
Half and Full Marathon Training Prorgram
If you have ever wanted to run 13.1 or 26.2 miles, let us help you achieve your goal!
Information sessions will be held on:
- December 13th and 15th at 6PM
- January 3rd at 6PM
- January 7th from 9:00AM to 1:00PM
Our Kick Off Day will be January 10th and Race Day is April 28th. We will be participating in the Country Music Marathon and Half Marathon in Nashville Tennessee.

This program is 16 weeks long and we will meet 3 times a week.
