10k Training Group
The 10K training program is designed to further runners and walkers towards their fitness and running goals beyond the 5K distance.
Information sessions will be held on:
January 3rd at 6PM
January 7th from 9:0oAM to 1:00PM
January 19th at 6PM
Our Kick Off Day will be January 21st and Race Day is March 31st. We will be participating in the Cooper River Bridge Run.
