5k Training Group
Join Fleet Feet Sports and New Balance to walk or run your first 5k. The program focuses on beginners, but all levels of walkers and runners are welcome. The program is structured to help you cross the finish line of your first 5k in less than three months. Along the way we'll be providing you with motivation to keep you moving, guidance and advice, weekly group training runs or walks, and educational clinics on topics such as proper nutrition, choosing the right gear, and avoiding injury.
Information sessions will be held on:
January 7th from 9:00AM to 1:00PM
January 23rd at 6PM
February 6th at 6 PM
February 9th at 6PM
Our Kick Off Day will be February 11th and Race Day is May 5th. We will be participating in the Girls On the Run and New Balance 5k.

Cost for the training program does not include race day cost.
This program is 12 weeks long and we will meet 3 times a week.
