Fleet Feet Sports offers a series of Lunch and Learn Seminars for companies and agencies in the CSRA. In a nutshell, we are offering a series of fresh, influential 40-minute presentations with Q & A to follow.

The first series is titled Crawl. Walk. Run: How to take the First Steps to a Healthier Lifestyle. We will discuss key tips related to starting a fitness program, staying motivated and staying injury free. We’ll demonstrate how starting a fitness program does not need to be intimidating and can be successful by focusing on keys to success, establishing goals and avoiding common mistakes.

With budget cuts, we know that many offices are not able to offer the wellness initiatives they wish they could, and this is an easy (free) way to offer a positive  learning opportunity for employees.

No Boundaries is a beginner 5K (3.1 miles) training program.  This program is designed for people who are currently inactive or new to running and walking. While No Boundaries focuses on beginners, all levels of runners and walkers are welcome. The program is structured to help participants cross the finish line in 9 weeks.

We will meet as a group 2~3 times a week on-site (your facility). At a time that is most convenient to your employees. Each participant will also receive a training schedule that will indicate what they should be doing for each day, whether it be running/walking or cross training.
